Parker had his 1 month check up the other day and it went wonderful besides having his 1st cold. Made it for a busy week with many dr appts. Aaron was gone all week of course and we were at the Pediatrician on Tuesday and Wednesday for check ups. Tuesday he was in for his cold and he didn't sound real great so we were send for chest xrays to check for pneumonia. Thank goodness it came back negative but she wanted to recheck him at his month checkup on Wed anyway. Well he sounded a "little" better...thankfully! Very scary few days with a little guy so sick. Anyway, even being sick he is doing great and growing as expected. He is now 8lbs 1oz and 20"long. He lost a little weight being sick, but we're happy above 8lbs still. ;) When Parker was born his left foot curves in a little bit. Well it straightened out quite a bit on its own, but we want to make sure he don't have any problems when he starts walking. So our Pediatrician referred us to a pediatric orthopedist. We seen him on Friday and he doesn't think its bad enough to cast, but is not comfortable enough to let it go. So we are getting a shoe formed for his foot to straighten it out and prevent any problems in the future. Not real fun, but definitely easier than a cast and preventing any worries later on. ;)
