Lilly

As for Lilly... I don't know where to begin. She is growing in every way possible every day. She is getting so big, smart, and is almost 2!! Yes almost 2 I can't believe she'll be 2 years old in 4 months. I don't know where time has gone. She loves being the center of attention and showing off. She loves to show everyone her animal sounds and all her "tricks". :) She knows the cow, duck, sheep, elephant, kitty, dog, piggy(but she blows out- so cute). She cracks us up everytime she does her animals, especially the pig. Oh and she loves to scare people with a monster noise lol. She loves to do "flips" which is a summersault and jumps. She knows how old she is, we ask her all the time and she holds her 1 finger up and says "one". And she knows all her body parts. She is just getting so smart it amazes us everyday. Oh and her newest thing is she repeats everything we say. Uh oh! The doctors are so happy with her progress, especially after being 7 weeks premature.

As for her health and heart condition she is doing excellent! She had her last cardiologist check up back in May and we had a great report. As she still has her ASD we will continue her medication everyday so her little heart doesn't have to work so hard. Her coarc repair is doing great and her heart is growing with her body (as we would like, which is normal). We were not sure if it would. As of right now she will never need that repaired! :) Now her ASD we will continue to monitor and hope that it will heal on its own. If not she will be big enough for an outpatient procedure rather than open heart surgery. We have been prolonging this procedure as long as symptoms are nonexistant to avoid the open heart surgery. Of course we will continue to hope and pray that it will heal on its own and no operation will ever be necessary! She is in good health and has not had any recent ear infections! She is around 31" tall and close to 20 pounds! Yayyyy, we finally hit 20 pounds. She is eating and growing great every day!

Thank you for reading, I will continue to update on her progress and the progress of the the pregnancy. And sorry this is so long. ;)
